I had to order these extra trays because my worm farm has grown by leaps and bounds. I have a plethora of worms. I love the fact that I can feed all my kitchen scraps to the worms; feed my roses with the castings and feed my worms the spent roses. What a concept!

This bin extension is very good, part of the Worm Factory that I have. The Worm Factory is an excellent product. I have it inside now as the weather in LA is quite hot. I was afraid it would smell but it truly doesn't. The liquid fertilizer the worms make is totally worth any effort I put in to work with it, as flowers bloom and the house plants love it. It is a good addition to the home and yard. The worms are happy and I have less garbage that is put to good use, helping the environment.

Q1: How many worms do I need to purchase with the cascade compost bin?
A: You should purchase about 1,000 worms to start your composter. After this initial purchase, the worm count will double every three months!
