The pail is a great size and came quickly. However the filters did not make it with the pail. However, Customer service resolved the issue promptly and satisfactorily.

Neat solution to smelly counter compost bin. Charcoal filter seems to really do the trick. Impressed with how much it holds, without taking up much counter space. Easy to clean, inside and out. Love the convenient hook inside the lid so no worry about placing dirty compost on counter.
